I am Richard, and I work as a Crafting Specialist at Manny Maker. My job is to assist beginner crafters in setting up and using prominent crafting machines such as Silhouette, Cameo, and Siser. I also guide new crafters and hobbyists in creating their first project and offer quick help in fixing issues with crafting devices.
