PT100 thermocouple ADC conversion UniPi

Hi. I would like to create automatic firing furnace control on the Rexygen system. In the past, I already did one project on Rexygen, but it was floor heating where I could use sensors on the 1-wire bus. In the case of a firing furnace, this is not possible due to high temperatures, so PT100 type thermocouples are the only solution. Can you please advise me which ADC or RS485 converter to use to communicate with the Rexygen system, which should run best on the UniPi platform? Thanks for the advice.

@jarek If the UniPi you are using have RS485 bus it will work.
