Hi Team
I created a new image on an SD card. I'm trying to add the REXYGEN license back onto the device. But the SiteID I get from the device does not match what the licensing information I have on the REXYGEN account, so the license won't apply.
The only difference is I loaded your 64bit image, not the 32 as normal. Does this matter? The device is a RPI 3B+
How can I fix this?

Hi Mike,
at the moment, it is really not possible to reactivate a license from a 32-bit OS to a 64-bit one. We are currently preparing this option and it should be available in the near future. I sent you an email with some additional information.
