@mikeyh Did you mean analog inputs? The accelerometer outputs range from 0 to 3.3V... In general, it will work. Note that you'll not fully use the resolution of the A/D converter on the Monarco HAT and you'll be limited to 2 axes as the Monarco HAT has 2 analog inputs.

If you meant digital inputs indeed, then it won't work. Logic high voltage of the DIs on the Monarco HAT is 3.5 V to 30 V.

Hi Mike,
thanks for clarification. I have no experience with that, but the Maxim MAX1721x with 1-Wire interface seems to be ideal for such a project with the Monarco HAT.

Hello,

Selecting the HW clock seems to fix the problem, I did try this as my first solution because it was obvious to try and get the time from the Real-time circuit, but I could swear it had some issues. Must have been some other mistake I fixed along the way.

Anyway, everything works as intended, thanks for the swift support with the command, it proved the time was set correctly just read from the wrong source.

I wasn't 100% right, sorry for that.

It is prohibited to use both flags for AI at the same time by the compiler. The solution is not that straightforward however it is possible:

use just "MNR_AI1" flag to set the current mode use SDC write flag, address 0x00A - bits 01 and 02 (see docs: https://github.com/monarco/monarco-hat-documentation/blob/master/Monarco_HAT_SPI_Protocol.md#service-channel-register-description) when in current mode you need to manually convert the value by following formula 10V = 52.475 mA

add poznámka: Je to vidět z výše zmíněného obrázku. Jakmile mezi DOUT a GND připojíte odpor a DOUT bude mít hodnotu OFF, vznikne napěťový dělič. Podle připojeného odporu dopočtete napětí, které bude mezi DOUT a GND. Nicméně procházející proud bude stále pravděpodobně nedostatečný. DOUT je prostě dělaný tak, aby se spínal s externím napětím.

Buď si za 12V předřaďte odpor tak, aby Vám vycházelo požadované napětí (5V) , nebo použijte externí zdroj 5V nebo sežeňte 12V ventilátor. Výpočty a konečnou volbu nechám na Vás.

Monarco HAT is grounded through Raspberry Pi (via 40 pin header). For complex grounding you should also ground GND output of power supply used to power Monarco HAT and Monarco HAT metal case. Could you please try it?

thanks for question. This is not about REXYGEN settings but Linux/Raspberry Pi OS settings.

The easiest way is to configure the RPi to have a static IP address.
Other method is to configure RPi to wait for DHCP server and if it won't receive any IP address then use fallback to static IP. This approach combines best from both static and DHCP.

Try to Google the keywords from above to get the up-to-date instructions.

sorry for a late response. Could you please post here a print screen of your ARC and TRND blocks properties? I assume that you have RexArc installed on your device with command sudo apt install rexarc
and you export data from the archive to CSV using a command in RexArc (please, correct me if you are using different approach). Could you please copy this command as well?

How much difference is there in time stamps? Can't it be caused by a wrong set time zone? In the ARC block, there is a parameter ldaymax. This parameter set the maximum size of archive per day (see doc here. This could be the reason why some data is missing.
