@cechurat I am not 100% sure. I am not in control of the PC that is running this Keptware software.

I believe that it was originally set at 1Hz but I am not sure, but when it was set to 0,1Hz it was working fine.
For the moment it is still crashing the application because I believe it is set at a too high polling rate again. (I assume....I am not in control and do have no access on this PC, so it's hard to verify if this is the real problem.)
But if I change the port number of the OPC UA server to make sure nobody is polling the server then everything keeps running fine.

It would be good that only the communication would stop and not the entire rexcore.

Thanks for your posts. There is no one-shot solution for general filtering applications so playing around with AVG function block would be the approach I would recommend. There are also some filters which can be used - low-pass, band-pass, and spike.

I have an update on your Topic. It is possible to change the Slave IP address by configuring "Address" parameter (e.g. GoTo flag "MTM__1_Address" in your case).

The delay you're observing in Windows is likely due to process prioritization and interruption handling, which are less efficient and harder to control compared to a Linux-based system like Debian or Raspberry Pi OS. In Linux, you have better control over how processes are scheduled and managed, allowing the system to run more smoothly and minimizing the BUSY signal duration. Windows, on the other hand, tends to introduce more overhead when executing external processes, even if the script itself does nothing, due to the way it handles process management at the system level.

Additionally, our systems on Raspberry Pi use a real-time kernel, which further improves the timing and responsiveness of processes. That's why we recommend running time-critical processes on Debian-based systems.
